About

Two complementary lenses for healthier work.

Whiteheart Consulting helps organizations build healthier, more sustainable ways of working by paying attention to both the people and the systems. We look at how teams communicate, make decisions, carry responsibility, move work forward, and stay aligned when pressure increases.

Why together

People and systems shape each other.

Good people can get worn down by messy operations. Clean systems can still fail when trust, communication, or expectations are unclear. We help teams work on both sides of the pattern.

01

One lane focuses on team health: communication, self-awareness, trust, strengths and weaknesses, healthy conflict, and how people work together under pressure.

02

The other lane focuses on clear systems: operations, administration, process clarity, organization, and work that respects people’s time.

03

Together, the work becomes less abstract: better conversations, clearer ownership, cleaner workflows, and rhythms the team can sustain.

04

The posture is calm, direct, and useful. No clutter for its own sake. No performance. Just clear assessment and workable structure.

How we work

Less noise.
More clarity.

01

Listen across the whole system.

We pay attention to what people say and how they say it, what the process requires, where responsibility lands, and where time, trust, energy, or resources are being wasted.

02

Name what is really happening.

We help make the hidden pattern visible enough that the team can talk about it without getting lost in blame or vagueness.

03

Build something simple enough to use.

The result should make the following weeks clearer: cleaner meetings, roles, decisions, handoffs, communication, or leadership practice.

Behind the work

People and systems, together.

Austin focuses on the people and relationships side of the work: helping teams communicate with more clarity, rebuild trust where it has been strained, understand the why behind their work, and move toward a common goal. He is especially drawn to helping people name their strengths and weaknesses honestly so they can contribute with more confidence and support one another more intentionally.

Olivia brings experience and clear instincts in operations, administration, and organizational flow. Her focus is on systems that actually support the people doing the work: saving time, reducing wasted effort, clarifying ownership, improving follow-through, and helping teams stay focused on what matters instead of getting buried in avoidable clutter.

Together, we bring a practical mix of leadership, operations, administration, communication, facilitation, and real-life experience helping people move toward shared goals. Our work is calm, direct, and grounded in what teams can actually use after the conversation ends.

This is for teams that want healthier relationships, clearer systems, and work that can be sustained.
